Senior Consultant-Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Technical Services role requires developing, delivering, and supporting technical solutions related to the power grid, with a focus on clean energy future. The position involves managing and acting as technical solution delivery lead/consultant on projects, performing power systems analysis, and developing dynamic models. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering and relevant work experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering
- 3+ years of United States Bulk Electric System (BES) professional work experience
- Familiarity with or ability to learn various power systems engineering tools
- In-depth knowledge of transmission and distribution systems from a planning and operations standpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location
