Job Description
As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant at Guidehouse, you will play a crucial role in our full-cycle Workday implementations. You will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes. You will work closely with the Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes that ensure high-quality, repeatable, and effective data conversion activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working directly with Workday data conversion/data migration
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong ETL and XML capabilities
- SQL experience
- Active Workday Certification through Workday Partner
