Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

We are seeking a senior consultant to support a large federal healthcare customer on an enterprise-wide strategy initiative. The candidate will work with clinical and administrative leaders to evaluate, plan, and optimize large-scale and complex healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, health administration, or healthcare strategy
• Experience conducting structured research, synthesizing findings, and translating information into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure data and synthesize insights clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and client stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work with the ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively in both structured and ambiguous team environments
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e., US citizenship required)
