Client Service Project Manager

The Client Service team connects clients with subject-matter experts to inform their business decisions. As a Project Manager, you will manage key client accounts and oversee a team of Associates to best match clients with Advisors.

Requirements

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Coordinate with a team of Associates to execute on client requests
• Provide training to Associates on best practices for Advisor sourcing and matching
• Work with Business Development teams to optimize client use of Guidepoint's services
• Work with other Project Managers to provide industry guidance
