Job Description
Play a vital role in Guidepoint's success as the Client Success Manager, driving engagement and revenue growth within the Insights product line. Leverage your CRM skills and attention to detail to foster three-dimensional relationships with clients and maximize usage of our offering.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary advocate for the Insights product with institutional and corporate clients
- Develop personalized engagement plans for each client
- Monitor and drive client engagement through direct outreach efforts
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely renewals and drive upsell opportunities
- Acquire valuable feedback and insights from clients to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales efforts
