Job Description
The Client Service team connects Guidepoint's clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. As a Coordinator on the Client Service team, you will be overseeing all administration within your client service team, including booking client consultations, tracking projects, and qualifying experts.
Requirements
- College degree
- 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high-call volume environment
- Administrative and/or client service experience
