Healthcare Data Analyst

We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Qsight team. As a key role on the team, you will support the development and production of our data intelligence and market research solutions for the healthcare industry. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate differentiated market insights and inform product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a preference for majors in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience working with large panel/panel-style datasets; finance, healthcare, or MedTech experience is a plus
• Strong technical skills (SQL/Snowflake, Excel, Python/Pandas) or equivalent analytic tooling
• Must have a passion for solving complex big data problems and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Experience with data preparation and validation, and a demonstrated interest in automating and improving data processes
• Familiarity or strong interest in the healthcare sector
• Ability to work efficiently with team members to assess needs, provide support, and think critically
• Strong verbal/written communication skills to non-technical audiences
• Strong focus on quality and on addressing client needs
