Scrum Master

Guidepoint Engineering seeks an experienced Scrum Master as an integral member of the Toronto-based Technology Hub, to facilitate ceremonies, support teams, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in a Scrum Master role
• Strong knowledge in Agile principles and practices
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Experience being Scrum Master for multiple globally distributed teams
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Working knowledge of OKRs and its implementation in Jira
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consensus building and negotiating skills
