Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment.
Requirements
- Montessori diploma for ages 3–6, or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored)
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment
- Alignment with child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia
- Bachelor’s degree in (any field)
