Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment, inspiring curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in children ages 3–6.
Requirements
- Montessori diploma for ages 3–6, or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored)
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment and/or VPK experience
- Alignment with child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia
- Required ECE or Child Development credits
- CDA, Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
