Montessori School Director (Head of School)

We're looking for an experienced Head of School to lead our campus in Paris, with a passion for the Montessori method and a talent for growing enrollment, attracting and retaining staff, and building a strong parent community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in education within the EU
• School leadership experience
• AMI or other Montessori certification
• French and English language proficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An aptitude for creating a warm and supportive team culture
• A passion for getting education right through the Montessori pedagogy
• Legal right to work in EU/EU residency
