Substitute Teacher

Join our on-call Substitute Teacher team at Guidepost Montessori and support mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required, and we'll provide training as part of your orientation and onboarding. This is an on-call, as-needed position, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours while making a positive impact on young children.

Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
• Passion for working with young children
