Job Description
Join our on-call Substitute Teacher team at Guidepost Montessori and support children in a flexible, supportive environment. No formal Montessori training is required, and training will be provided as part of the orientation and onboarding process.
Requirements
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Valid state background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Passion for working with young children
