Job Description
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities, partnering with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
