Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will address the suffering of an aging population with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Requirements

• Proof of Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Good time management skills
• Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Complete credentialing process
