Requirements

• Process financial transactions
• Exhibit strong customer service skills
• Gain proficiency with GuideStone’s recording keeping system
• Analyze, research, manage and process transactions
• Verify documentation requirements
• Counsel plan sponsors and participants
• Assist Retirement Customer Solutions department
• Act as a reliable resource for other GuideStone employees
• Analyze corrective or alternative actions
• Ensure quality control
• Update communication material
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance departments
• Employ strong grammar and business writing techniques
• Provide ownership and maintenance for the Retirement Services SharePoint site
• Communicate changes regarding printed material and procedures
