Job Description
GuideStone is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support the GSIS compliance program. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC/CIP, and/or operational risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience in compliance, AML/KYC/CIP and/or operational risk management at an investment management firm
- Familiarity with the business and regulation of investment advisers and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
- Familiarity with charitable organizations a plus
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiate appropriate action
- Ability to give clear, concise directions and instructions
- Ability to assess and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
