We are seeking a Senior Retirement Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Retirement product line. This role will provide leadership and subject matter expertise across the line of business, supporting revenue growth goals and providing valuable product solutions for customers and the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or 5-8 years equivalent work experience
- Graduate degree (MBA) preferred
- Experience in industry research is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of retirement plan products, services, and markets
- Strong internal and external research and networking skills
- Proven product planning and management skills
- Strong financial, analytical and leadership skills
- Knowledge of investments, particularly GuideStoneās mutual funds
- Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Strong oral and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Resourcefulness in acquiring industry and competitor information
- Ability to āanticipateā the needs of the groups being supported (project teams, councils, and executive staff)
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities so that all areas of responsibility receive appropriate and timely attention
- Understanding of GuideStone strategic planning process and strategic objectives
- Ability to use industry knowledge and analysis to provide practical solutions that address concrete needs and are sustainable
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Experience working with vendors
- Highly proficient PC skills in MS Office and appropriate GuideStone system applications
- Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters
