Adoption Worker

As an Adoption Worker, you will impact the lives of children and families by helping to ensure that foster children who are legally free for adoption find permanency as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of human services
• Knowledge of the child welfare system and juvenile court procedures
• Understanding of working with children who have experienced trauma
• Reliable transportation and maintain good driving record
• Commitment to the goals and philosophy of the organization
• Highly motivated and flexible
• Sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
