The Construction Draw Specialist is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong leader with extensive experience in commercial loan servicing operations, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving invoices, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Using BUILT Technology draw software to manage draw requests
• Oversee and process construction loan draw requests, lien wavers, order property inspection reports
• Keep track of project timelines, delays, and proactively monitor construction portfolio to ensure project progression
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, developers, and company personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
