Loan Officer

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Officer to provide quality relations with borrowers through completing the origination processing of application, loan disclosure, review files for adherence to underwriting standards; ensuring completeness of submission to processing. The role involves conducting one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and assess their eligibility for mortgage loans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
• NMLS License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications
