Loan Officer

As a Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage Company, you will play a crucial role in the organization by performing various activities related to loan origination and processing. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality relations with borrowers, complete loan applications, and act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers.

Requirements

• Obtain an accurate and thorough 1003
• Collect supporting documentation from borrower
• Analyze credit report and financial scenario, determining appropriate loan product(s)
• Determine a profitable loan and communicate fees to ops team
• Submit a complete loan package to processing
• Review CD to ensure fees and cash at closing are consistent with commitment to Customer
