Loan Officer Assistant

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission. The role will perform lead to contract and/or contract to close duties, including administrative support, customer service, and marketing support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
• Active MLO licensing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong detail orientation and highly organized
• Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
• Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
