Requirements

• Diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration, Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry) to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor.
• Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records, reference technical information, collect payments, and issue receipts electronically.
• Make timely, independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure.
• Effectively communicate with customers, technical support, dispatch, routing, and management.
