We are seeking a Workday Financials Lead to support and optimize the Workday Financials Management platform across a global organization, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives efficiency in finance operations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience building solutions with the Workday Financials Management platform in a global environment.
• Proficiency in Workday Core Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Adaptive Planning, Expenses, Projects, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of key finance business processes, reporting requirements, and global finance challenges.
• Proven experience developing technology solutions based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
