Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls, lead generation, and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales
- Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience in selling services is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
