Job Description
Responsible for receiving and processing customer phone orders and over the counter sales, assisting Outside Sales in quoting and responding to customer needs, and meeting branch sales budget through market awareness and job selling.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Maintain awareness of new products and systems
- Aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies
- Ability to obtain and retain new buyers by creating long-lasting relationships
- Effective at price quoting and follow-up communication
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to operate a PC and related software
- Strong ability to prioritize and meet company timelines
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
