The Instructional Designer is responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of formal learning programs, processes, services and technologies to support the enterprise learning strategy and assist in maximizing the effectiveness of a variety of learning methods and internal collaboration tools.
Requirements
- 2 years of progressive responsibility related to Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
- Hands-on experience designing and developing interactive digital learning using Articulate Studio
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of Vyond
- Ability to design assessments aligned to learning objectives
- Skilled at partnering with SMEs, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and working within LMS or LXP environments
