The Group Sales Director is a senior sales leadership role responsible for owning revenue, performance, and culture across GumGum's New England and NYC Metro independent agency business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of individual contributor selling in digital media or advertising sales
- 3+ years managing and developing teams responsible for $15M+ in annual revenue
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding sales targets with agency and brand clients
- Experience across New England and/or NYC Metro independent agency markets strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape across CTV, Display, OLV, Data, Measurement, Platforms
- Account planning (regional growth analysis, quota setting, etc.) experience required
- Programmatic experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Deep understanding of agency dynamics and buying structures
- Strategic account planning and forecasting discipline (Salesforce)
- Strong deal negotiation and internal advocacy skills
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and follow through
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting revenue and performance data
- Bachelor's Degree
