Solutions Engineer

Gumloop is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work directly with customers to turn their highest-value automation opportunities into production reality on the AI automation platform.

Requirements

• Held a customer-facing technical role (FDE, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar) and owned outcomes through to production.
• Builder, not just an advisor. Scopes solutions, builds them on the platform, gets them running reliably, and makes sure customers can take ownership and keep building.
• Strong technical fundamentals — comfortable with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and can read/write code (Python, JS/TS).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered applications — prompt engineering, agent architectures, evaluation, or automation frameworks.
• Effective with engineering teams and C-suite alike, translating technical capabilities into business impact.
