AdaptX - Business Architect

AdaptX is a Belgian consultancy firm that offers a unique work environment where employees can shape the company together with the management. The company is looking for a Business Architect to play a crucial role in the governance structure, business information, and processes of the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum a master’s degree
• +6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms and a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations
• Strong knowledge & expertise in at least 1 sector
• Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management
• Fast learner, flexible to different environment and contexts
• Customer-centric & hands-on experience with client relationship management
• Understand CxO’s agenda towards digital and be able to decomplexify topics and make it understandable for all stakeholders
