• Review and translate inpatient clinical documentation to assign accurate ICD‐10‐CM/PCS codes and determine the appropriate MS‐DRG or APR‐DRG.
• Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and alignment with all official guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Clarify documentation with providers using national query standards and collaborate with Clinical Documentation Specialists.
