Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (1.0 FTE)

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team as an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC). The role will work in the ambulatory setting, evaluating and treating patients with back pain, chronic pain, and concussions, including injection therapies.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited program and eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Direct supervision of a physician.
• Potential outreach service as part of the role in the system.
• Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff as part of the Medical Education philosophy and expectation.
