Finance Executive

Gunnebo Entrance Control is a global leader in security, and we're looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. This is a full-time role based in Gurugram, India, working with a multinational organization serving overseas clients.

Requirements

• Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintaining historical records for all transactions.
• Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.
• Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
