Job Description
The Patient Financial Advocate provides compassionate support to patients navigating financial aspects of their care, conducting screenings for programs and guiding patients through applications, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Ability to work cooperatively with other employees, departments, and the public.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and billing, ability to audit and review claim information for accuracy, familiarity with common computer systems, and ability to learn new software.
