Job Description
Smart Honda of Des Moines, part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Specialist to build rapport with customers, guide them through vehicle purchases, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and transitioning customers to the Service Department.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
