Job Description
Capital Honda is seeking motivated Automotive Technicians to join their family-owned dealership network. They offer a 5-day work schedule, medical/dental/life insurance, 401k with a company match, paid time off, and a vacation savings program with a company match. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle systems, communicating with customers, and providing estimates for additional repairs. Ongoing training and education is provided.
Requirements
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate with the Service Advisor and provide customer estimates
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- One year dealership experience in technician role
