Job Description
Smart Honda of Davenport is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center, guiding them through the vehicle repair process, and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience
- Positive outgoing team player with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multi-task and be meticulous in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
