Job Description
The Gurley Leep Automotive Family is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems across 23 dealerships. The position is based in Mishawaka, IN offices.
Requirements
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical training
- 5+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
- Knowledge of energy efficient technologies and sustainability practices
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-starter mindset with solid communication skills
