Job Description
Act as the first point of contact in the Student Hub, support the Registrations Team with day-to-day operations, assist the Student Life team with class visits and departmental events.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Familiarity business correspondence with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in customer service, customer satisfaction, administration
- Creativity and critical thinking
- Proficiency in Canva, Power Point
