Chief of Staff

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to lead strategic hiring and talent sourcing as we expand every function. You will be responsible for preparing investor updates, fundraising materials, and quarterly board decks, and collaborating globally with investors, partners, and leadership across time zones.

• Scale the organization: Lead strategic hiring and talent sourcing as we expand every function.
• Run the boardroom: Prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and quarterly board decks; maintain the external investor tracker.
• Translate ambiguity into action: Deconstruct complex or undefined problems into clear, measurable execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment: Orchestrate initiatives across growth, product, and operations to amplify leadership bandwidth.
• Institutionalize operating rigor: Design cadences, dashboards, and OKR systems that help a hyper-growth company stay focused.
• Collaborate globally: Significant overlap with US work hours to work directly with investors, partners, and leadership across time zones.
