Job Description
Gushwork drives inbound leads for small and medium businesses from AI search engines like Gemini and ChatGPT. We are a team of 60 individuals and are looking to 10x our customers in the next 12 months. Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in customer success or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer success principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software
