Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves recording and maintaining financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a corporate or startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
