The role involves conducting outbound B2B cold calls, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships with leads.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives
• Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred
• Familiarity with dialer tools and team communication platforms
