Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. This is a remote role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in sea and air logistics who can manage shipments, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Practical experience in sea and air freight operations
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in export/import from Asia to Europe and familiarity with Incoterms and the whole logistics chain process are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
