Job Description
Shape the future of the leather industry with us at Gusti Leder. We are looking for a highly structured and proactive Warehouse Manager who takes full ownership of operational planning, supplier communication, and internal team performance within our logistics and warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Long-term operational planning based on shipment volumes, inbound forecasts, and outbound capacity
- Collection and analysis of logistics data to improve cost efficiency and performance
- Requesting and comparing offers from multiple logistics and shipping providers
- Conducting independent negotiations with external service providers
- Monitoring shipment performance and defining measurable KPIs
- Shift planning and workforce allocation within the warehouse team
- Recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse staff
- Ensuring accountability within the team through measurable targets
- Building and maintaining B2B relationships with technical supervisors, service providers, and partner companies
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Fulfillment, and Operations departments
