Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, is responsible for giving resident care using the nursing process and ensuring residents receive care outlined in the nursing care plan.
Requirements
- LPN licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral communication
- Act 34 clearance (criminal background check)
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field of nursing, especially geriatrics
