Job Description
This position is for a Patient Care Partner, a float pool position supporting general care tasks at the hospital. The role involves providing care to patients in various age groups, including newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. It requires adherence to safety protocols and meticulous documentation.
Requirements
- Participates in the delivery of patient care
- Observes confused/difficult patients
- Prescribes and records appropriately
- Operates medical equipment (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, heights & weights)
