Supervisor, Sterile Processing

The Supervisor of Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for overseeing and supervising Sterile Processing Technicians I and II, facilitating workflow, and ensuring compliance with best practice. The role also includes collaborating with other leaders to promote best practice strategies and optimize interdepartmental collaboration.

Requirements

• High School education or GED required
• Central sterile processing certification preferred
• Ability to prioritize and facilitate a continuous workflow of instruments/equipment
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with staff and leadership
• Ability to recognize positive performance of staff and promote a professional and collaborative work environment
