Analyst Revenue Management

GWL Realty Advisors is seeking an Analyst, Revenue Management to support the multi-residential team through comprehensive reporting and data analysis. The Analyst will collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to enhance and maintain data quality across all areas of revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance
• 2-4 years experience in finance, sales, marketing, or operations
• Strategic, innovative thinker with a strong business acumen
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw insights to inform pricing strategies and revenue management decisions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders, negotiate with partners, and manage team members
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data and that pricing and revenue management strategies are implemented correctly
